Tickets Now on Sale for Kingston’s Favourite Garden Party
An unforgettable afternoon of fine wine, exceptional food, and live entertainment

Fare For FriendsTickets are now on sale for Kingston’s favourite garden party , where
patrons sample culinary delights, excellent wines and microbrewery beer while enjoying live
entertainment and participating in a lively auction. Fare For Friends takes place on September 9 from 2-6 p.m. at the Vimy Officers’ Mess, Canadian Forces Base Kingston.

A record breaking 27 local restaurants will be participating, including newcomers Days on Front Restaurant, Geneva Crêpe Bistro, Greek Town Grill & Take-Out, Mio Gelato, Pig Iron Barbecue, Red House, Seed to Sausage and Sir John’s Public House. To complement the exceptional cuisine 18 wineries and breweries will be on hand to offer samples of their finest wines and brews, including newcomers Lift Haus Winery, Lacey Estates Vineyard & Winery and County Cider Company & Estate Winery.  Visit https://www.unitedwaykfla.ca to view the full list of participants.

Live and silent auction items are donated by local artists and business, offering a wide range of exciting items, including home décor items, pampering packages, art work, entertainment packages and much more. Entertainment will be provided by Brian Howell & Company.

Fare for Friends is the largest fundraising event of the United Way serving KFL&A, raising $100,000 last year.  Over the past 18 years, Fare For Friends has raised over $1 million dollars for vital care programs and services in our community. All proceeds support local programs that benefit thousands of residents.

United Way of KFL&A would like to acknowledge this traditional territory’s longer existence and its significance for the Indigenous people who lived and continue to live on Turtle Island.
