Helping to Make a Difference
Novelis volunteers Tim Brunet (left) and Mike Calver lay down the flooring at the Kingston Youth Shelter during a week long upgrade project Oct. 15-19. The Kingston Youth Shelter is a United Way Funded program and Novelis employees spent the week refurbishing the kitchen and installing new equipment, cabinets, cupboards, counters, fixtures and backsplashes. In addition to the kitchen renovation, the volunteers will also upgrade the back patio by adding a fence, lighting, landscaping and new furniture.
