Buskers Raise over $2,000 for United Way Success By 6

Buskers raised over $2,000  in support of the United Way Success By 6 at the Kingston Buskers Rendezvous Grand Finale on Sunday, July 17th.  Every year, the best acts of the festival participate in a two hour finale where they “pass the hat”, with all contributions going to support the local community.

Since 2007 this event has raised $12,000 for Success By 6, a United Way initiative that supports programs for children 0-6 and works with community partners to ensure that early childhood development is a priority in KFL&A.

Special thanks to Downtown Kingston, buskers and community members who participated in the Finale.
