The cookie everyone loves is returning for a special holiday campaign with 100% of proceeds supporting charities across Canada, including United Way KFL&A right here in our community!

The Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookie is a delicious white chocolate sugar cookie infused with red and green sprinkles and hand-decorated with a white icing smile face.

From November 17th to 23rd, 2025, show your local love and help make an impact:

1. Volunteer to decorate/greet cookies!
With so many cookies being made, Tim Hortons staff could use a hand. If you’d like to volunteer as a decorator or greeter, email Barb at campaigndirector@unitedwaykfla.ca to sign up for your nearest location.

2. Buy a Smile Cookie (or a few!)
Visit participating Tim Hortons and purchase cookies for $2.00 each (plus tax) every bite supports local programs and services through United Way KFL&A.

3. Pre-order in bulk.
Be the office favourite or spread holiday cheer download an order form, drop it off at your chosen Tim Hortons, and pick up your cookies when ready (please order 48 hours in advance).
