Campaign Coordinator (job # CC-1702)

The Campaign Coordinator reports to the Campaign Director, providing administrative support to the annual campaign.

The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks to support the campaign, including the timely creation and disbursement of the workplace newsletter, monitoring and providing project updates, supporting events, meetings, maintaining an accurate inventory of campaign materials and supplies.

Business Accounting Coordinator (job # BAC-1703)

The Business Accounting Coordinator (BAC) is responsible for supporting financial transactions and reports, including accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, bank deposits, fund transfers, month end reconciliation, designations, pledges receivable and audit papers.

Reporting to the Facilities and Office Manager, with guidance from the VP Operations, the BAC produces monthly and quarterly reports, providing accurate forecast, actual to budget information to support the CEO and Finance/Audit Committee.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Business Administration program with a specialty in Accounting from a recognized college
  • Continued professional development in Commerce, Business or Accounting will be considered an asset
  • Two years recent experience in a complex organization, preferably a non-profit agency
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a requirement
  • Experience working with receivables and payables is required
  • Audit preparation experience would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 ERP (ACCPAC) for Windows
  • Accounting designation or working towards an accounting designation
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and work within tight deadlines
