Professional Development Workshop: Essential Cybersecurity for Non-Profits
Date: October 8, 2019, 9:00am-12noon

Board Governance Workshop: Duties and Liabilities of Directors

Board members of non-profit organizations and charities are right to be concerned about their personal liability, and need to understand the risks involved in volunteering on a board of directors and how to protect themselves.

Professional Development Workshop: Strategic Planning

Effective strategies can have a powerful impact on whether or not your agency will thrive in the future, but you need a good process to make pivotal strategic choices. Learn about best-practice approaches to strategy development. Theory will be peppered with practical tips and tools to help participants build their plans
Note: Professional Development Workshops are aimed at Senior Staff, Managers, Volunteers and Board Members (Fee: $30)
Board Governance Workshops are aimed at Board Members and Senior Administrators (Fee: $25.00)
All Board Governance workshops start at 5:00pm and include light refreshments
Custom Workshop Fee Schedule

Organizations that provide the venue and would like to schedule a facilitator for a custom workshop may do so at the following rates:
- Half day session: $150
- Full day session: $300
- Management Assistance Program*: $700
* The Management Assistance Program (MAP) is a cost-effective way to provide ongoing facilitation and workshops for organizations that may need more than two or three custom workshops but fewer than five.
