Volunteers

Kingston Interval House is seeking female volunteers 18 years and up for a variety of tasks. Due to the nature of our work, volunteers must be female, at least 18 years old, provide an up to date (within 3 months) vulnerable sector check.

Volunteer jobs are generally from Monday to Friday from 8-4pm.

Areas to work in include the donation area, collecting, sorting and organizing donations coming in. The outdoor spaces and gardens working to keep our locations looking beautiful for our clients. Volunteers can also help at events in the community such as Pride or Take Back the Night. We also have a number of volunteers that assist with virtual work on planning committees for events and our social media campaigns.
