The KIH Board is seeking women to fill vacant board positions and is especially seeking women
who have knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:
• Human Resources (non/not-for-profit/feminist organizations)
• Legal Experience
Meeting monthly and participating in committee work, the Board of Directors provides leadership
in establishing priorities and direction for KIH services. Board members are asked to commit to
approximately ten (10) hours per month and attend monthly board meetings on the second
Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm.
To represent our broader community, we would especially welcome applications from women
who identify as Indigenous, racialized, from diverse cultural communities, those with disabilities,
as well as women who have used our services.
