Volunteer Services to Hotel Dieu Hospital is Recruiting a Treasurer

The board of directors for 'Volunteer Services to Hotel Dieu Hospital site of KHSC' is recruiting a volunteer Treasurer with plans to begin training as soon as possible and ready to start at the October 2022 AGM.

The Treasurer's responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

*             Maintaining bookkeeping records

*             Accounts receivable and payable

*             Maintaining a monthly financial statement

*             Preparing an annual budget

*             Completing financial reports

*             Processing month-end reports for the Cafe

*             Processing payroll for Cafe employees

The expected time commitment is about 15-20 hours a month over a 2-year term. Please note appointments are subject to Board approval, favourable references and a Criminal Reference Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search.
