The Sexual Assault Centre Kingston is a feminist, not-for-profit organization providing free, confidential, non-judgmental support for survivors of sexual violence in Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington. We provide support to survivors of all genders, ages 12 and up, who have experienced recent and/or historic sexual violence.
Crisis & Support Line
Our 24 hour, 7 days a week Crisis and Support Line provides confidential and non-judgmental support for survivors. We offer information, support and coping strategies for survivors of all gender identities. The Crisis and Support Phone Line covers: KFL&A, Quinte and Area, Cornwall and Area, and North Bay and Area. The number of crisis calls received continues to rise, demonstrating the ongoing need for after-hours support during evenings and weekends.
Chat & Text Crisis and Support Line
‘We Believe Survivors’ is our secure, online chat & text support service, available for all survivors of sexual violence, regardless of gender and/or identity.
Note: We are specifically in need of crisis line volunteers at the moment but welcome all who are interested.
