Food Sharing Project

Recently my food box driver connected me with Kingston Community Health Centre and they helped me with a drug plan that helps with these costs – they helped me with so much more than food! “Ryandale helped me in my time of need, and it prevented me from being homeless during the cold winter months. What I value about Ryandale is that the staff are supportive and make me laugh which distracts me from any negativity. She was able to be seen the same day and was provided with ways to manage triggers when she experiences them again. She was transferred to our subsidized counselling program for ongoing support.
