Located in Napanee, Morningstar’s mission is to build community connections and support for community members who are vulnrable due to poverty, mental illness, addictions, age and loneliness. Programming focusses primarily on addressing food insecurity.

Warming Centre Summer Program (CIF): A breakfast and service centre for the unhoused communityrunning April to October to expand on the overnight shelter that runs during the winter months.
