Pink Shirt Day is a national movement that promotes kindness, inclusion, and safe spaces for children and youth. Observed annually, the day encourages individuals, workplaces, and communities to stand together against bullying and create environments where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
The 2026 theme, Kindness Starts With Me, reminds us that positive change begins with everyday actions—whether it’s supporting a friend, standing up for others, or modelling respect in our communities.
In support of this movement, BGC South East is leading a local Pink Shirt Day campaign across Kingston, Loyalist, and Leeds & Grenville. Proceeds from the campaign support programs for more than 1,500 children and youth, including initiatives focused on anti-bullying, mentorship, and mental health. A variety of pink apparel is available, including T-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, and toques.
