One Epic Journey. One Powerful Cause.
This September, Ontario Public Servant Cyclists are hitting the road for Bike for United Way, an epic 10-day cycling journey from Kingston, Ontario, to Gaspésie, Quebec, raising funds to support local United Way communities.
The ride kicks off in Kingston on Saturday, September 12, with riders departing from 49 Place d’Armes at approximately 10 a.m. From there, they’ll cycle hundreds of kilometres through communities across Ontario and Quebec before reaching Gaspésie on September 23.
Why They Ride
Bike for United Way is more than a cycling challenge. It’s a volunteer-powered effort that brings riders, support crews, donors and communities together to strengthen communities and help people thrive.
The 2026 campaign is working toward a $100,000 fundraising goal, with $11,473 already raised.
Every donation helps local United Way organizations provide critical programs and services for people and families facing challenges in their communities.

Kingston Launch
The 2026 journey begins right here in Kingston.
United Way KFL&A has been invited to participate in the launch, joining riders and supporters as they prepare to begin their journey.

The launch will include opening remarks, a land acknowledgement and a safety briefing before riders begin their journey.
